Little Spirits Therapy Center LLC in San Jose, California consists of a group of hardworking professionals who are passionate about working with children with special needs. Our program is delivered by highly trained therapists that provide children and their family the highest quality services.
Our staff have extensive training and experience in developing and implementing the best treatment strategies for your child’s individual needs such as autism, anxiety disorders, ADHD, OCD, ODD, personality issues and related behaviors.

Cathy A. Venezia BCBA
Cathy has been a Behavioral Consultant for over 25 years specializing in children with varying spectrum disorders and in children and families, not on the spectrum, that could benefit from behavioral services.
Cathy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Manhattanville College, a Master’s of Science degree in Education with a concentration in Developmental Disabilities from The College of New Rochelle, BCBA course completion from Florida Institute of Technology and has obtained her BCBA credential.
She has worked directly with children starting at 18 months through 21 years of age. Cathy’s specialty is integrating the whole child, from school to home and throughout their community. Supporting and training parents and caregivers has been an intricate part of her career.
In 2004, Cathy founded Little Spirits LLC, which was the first therapeutic learning and play center in New York City that brought all children under one roof to learn from each other. In 2005, Little Spirits LLC was named best therapeutic play space by Time Out New York.
Cathy relocated to the Bay Area in 2015 and decided to bring Little Spirits LLC to San Jose. She opened and co-owned the former, Little Spirits Bay Area Inc. in the heart of downtown San Jose, while continuing her commitments to her clients in New York City.
As of August 2019 Cathy will remain sole owner and founder of Little Spirits Therapy Center LLC in the heart of downtown San Jose. The new center will mimic its original intent, to continue to provide the highest quality of service, in a fun, safe, loving and understanding environment to all children and families.
